“One day I did a volunteer activity to show kids in my son’s childcare to make Rice Paper Rolls and Sushi Rolls. The whole centre loved it: educators, kids, and parents. After conducting many more sessions in other centres, I found that kids really had fun, were so happy to experience their first roll wrapped easily by their hands, and enjoyed tasting their first made foodie.
With engineering and teaching experience, Vietnamese cultural background, plus the love for kids and the love for rice paper roll food, I decided to multiply the happiness and fun to more kids around Melbourne.
I also experienced a hard time when in the past I spent time with my dad on his last months suffered from cancer complicated from diabetes.
The emotion from the bad experience, the emotion from the happy experience, and the passion in healthy and yummy food Rice Paper Roll urged me to build Rolling Fun service and Rice Paper Roll website.”
